Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. During periods of high demand, stock shortages may cause delays of up to 9 days. We will notify you via email if this occurs, providing options for how to proceed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Cost: Free

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We are not responsible for undeliverable products sent to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you once your order is fulfilled.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Woofpanion is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs. All such costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages
We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
